Ignition Maker Fest 2025
Spark your imagination at this FREE outdoor event that combines a mega-science fair with a creative marketplace to bring people together encouraging innovative thinking and inventive ideas for curious minds of all ages. ✨
The teams from Waverly Robotics, Robot Pumpkin and Impression 5 Science Center have joined forces to launch this new festival featuring:
🎨 Talented crafters, artists, authors and commercial retailers
⚙️ Inspiring group of tinkerers, hobbyists, tech enthusiasts and DIY fanatics
🤖 A showcase of competitive robotics created by student builders
🎶 Music and announcements by JAMMIN’ DJs

Hit-Point Hobbies: Creators Con
Join us December 15th for Hit-Point Hobbies: Creators Con at the Brentwood Event Center in Caro, MI. Enjoy a fun filled day with plenty to do for almost any interest! Entry will only be $5!
* Visit our Artist Alley, filled only with local to Michigan creators. This will provide an opportunity for us to shine a light on the incredible talent that resides nearby! There will be a variety of vendors including Artists, Authors, 3D Printing Artists, Stained Glass Creators, Crafters and more!
* COSPLAYERS! Come show off your talent! This will be a great event to mingle and share tips and tricks no matter your level of cosplay experience. We will also be hosting a Cosplay Contest!
*MTG PLAYERS! Compete at the event in our Magic the Gathering Tournament and see if your deck can come out on top!
There will also be a variety of other events and activities to include door prizes, arcades, and more. Thanks to our amazing Hosts, the Brentwood Dining & Event Center , you have the option to purchase food and drinks, or go right across the building and bowl with your friends and family!

Cherry Capital Comic Con 2025
C4 is Northern Michigan’s largest comic book and pop entertainment expo. Located at the scenic Grand Traverse Resort, C4 is Northern Michigan’s perfect gathering of comic book creators, exhibitors, and fans. Cherry Capital Comic Con (C4) is a comic book convention that celebrates the medium of comics, rather than a specific genre. At C4, all comics are equal, as are their creators and their fans. The organizers of C4 intend to prove to the world that comic conventions – just like comic fans and the comics, themselves – don’t have to be “this” or “that”. They can just be what they are…which is simply “cool”. Connect with your favorite creators at a variety of panels. Meet up and coming talent in Artist’s Alley. Find great deals on comics and collectable merchandise at our gathering of exhibitors. Participate in our costume contest, with categories for both adults and children.
