The Michigan Nordic Fire Festival was created in 2016 to celebrate winter, fire, family and fun. As the days start to get longer and days start to warm, we created an opportunity to get outside, throw spears, and try some of the wonderful beers and meads produced in the area.

Join us on Saturday, May 6th, 2023 in Detroit for the 8th Annual Detroit International Festival of Animation (DIFA). This celebration of animation will showcase a diverse range of works from local and international animators. With approximately 90 minutes of animated shorts on display, DIFA will feature a wide range of styles, from experimental and quirky to more sophisticated mini-features.
