Schäffer the Darklord Audio Interview 2019
Schäffer the Darklord is a rapper, comedian, and podcaster. Before his Mt. Nerdcore Tour, we had a nice conversation about his latest album, black metal, comics, and anime. We also dove into our mutual love of pro wrestling. This was everything I hoped it would be. If you want to learn more about this awesome rapper, please check this one out.
Mega Ran (Audio Interview)
Mega Ran is one of the most prolific rappers in the realm of chip hop. Let’s not forget to mention that he is a record holder in the Guinness Book of Records too. I talk with the teacher, rapper, hero about a myriad of topics. We dive into anime, comic books, pro wrestling, the Nerdy People of Color Collective, and the upcoming collaborative Lit Hop album with MC Lars. Rock this in the background, folks. It’s a great interview.
Jill Thompson at the Cherry Capital Comic Con 2018
Jill Thompson is a multiple Eisner Award winning artist who’s work includes The Scary Godmother series, Beasts of Burden, Magic Trixie and Wonder Woman: The True Amazon. Seriously, her water color art is amazing. Of course, we talk about the Scary Godmother and Beasts of Burden. We also talk about manga, anime and pro wrestling. Being the huge wrestling fans that we are, we talked about pro wrestling for a solid half hour in this interview. I must note that we had to pause the interview while a young man and his father came up to the table to talk to Jill. Per Ms. Thompson’s request, the interview is left completely unedited. This was a wonderful interview and I hope that you check it out.
