Music Movie Magic of John Williams by Royal Oak Symphony Orchestra
Our first concert of the 2023 season will be Friday, October 27, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. Location: Royal Oak Middle School. Tickets are $20.00 each for adults and will be available at the door.

Want to recover your favorite childhood toy, or pass on that love to the next generation? BAY-CON is the place to be! Like video games? Us, too! Enjoy Star Wars? The Force is strong with BAY-CON! Want to eat tacos from an amazing food truck? Come on over! Want to own the n00bs with your command of nerd trivia? Show us your skilzzz!
BAY-CON began as an idea in 2019. While the world shut down, BAY-CON hibernated, waiting to once again break free. BAY-CON broke free from its slumber in the spring of 2021, seeing over 600 participants! BAY-CON struck back in 2023 with over 1400 participants! We are so excited to see you all in 2024!
RETURN OF THE BAY-CON will again feature a large vendor space, AMAZING taco truck, and vintage video gaming, cosplay contest, Zombie Lab, Trivia, and so Much MORE!!!
Sponsored by Bay College student organizations, BAY-CON is a fundraiser for the college’s student organizations and athletic teams who staff the event. The event is FREE, although a donation of $2 for those 10 and over is recommended.
This page will be updated with BAY-CON events as they are confirmed, so you’ll know what to expect, and knowing is half the battle!

In celebration of Free RPG Day 2023 we will be hosting a mini convention that will start on Friday at 6 pm and run through Saturday at 10 pm. If we get enough interest we will stay open and play throughout the night. If not, we will close at 2 am and re-open at 10 am. ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE SOMETHING FREE FOR PLAYING!
Select “Tickets” to see more about games and times but some of the games featured are: Star Trek, Star Wars, D&D 5E, Power Rangers, Alien RPG, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Pathfinder Society, Hunter (White Wolf), and more to come. If you don’t see the event please check back Monday afternoon.

Step into a galaxy far, far away as the Tangent Gallery again becomes an immersive recreation of the Mos Eisley Cantina!
It is a lawless time.
Crime syndicates, corporations, and bandits compete for resources –
spice, booze, hyperfuel, weapons, death sticks, harlotry and medicine.
The Empire is too incompetent to reign us in and too cruel to bother.
Corruption runs rampant, from the Senate to Imperial High Command, local checkpoints and everywhere in between.
Fascist tyranny breeds opportunity in the Outer Rim, and
greed can be a powerful ally.
While the local garrison has seized our theater,
officers can be bought and stormtroopers are outnumbered.
If the time comes, they may find it harder to hold than it was to take.
This is the underbelly, the spaceport hive where all the gangsters, thugs, trash, and scoundrels of the galaxy come to gamble, find work, and drink to oblivion when they can’t. Here you can bargain for whatever you desire, and business is booming.
Just watch your step, this place can be a little rough.
