Anime Park 2019

Welcome to Anime Park! We are a small convention located in Canton, Michigan one of the only known cons run by only high schoolers! Here at Anime Park we like to connect otakus  in an event we like to call an anime convention. Anime Park offers most things that larger, more established cons provide, like our dealers room, artists alley, a maid cafe, panels and so much more! The best thing about about Anime Park is that admission is by donation, and any profit we make goes right back into making this convention even better!

Dice Tales: Schism (One Year Anniversary Show!)

Presenting the thirteenth live session of our continuing fundraiser campaign, Straight Outta the Forgotten Realms. Come watch local performers Brad Systma, Cari Scholtens, Chuck Fortenbacher, Liz Brand, and Ross Johnson gather around the table of Gamemaster Brooke Heintz in this live tabletop RP event. This performative evening of fast-paced RP will bring you hours of laughter, thrills, might & magic, and of course, dramatic dice-slinging!

This special presentation will be headliner for the Geekfest Dog Story Theater fundraiser. Come celebrate one year of Dice Tales adventures with us!

Ordulin stands on the brink of a civil war between those supporting Miklos Selkirk of the Silver Ravens and his cousin, the Countess Mirabeta. The Children of Destiny seek to help seat Miklos as the new ruler, but his cousin is prepared to fight incredibly dirty…

Dice Tales is brought to you by Character Case and Gaming Paper, with music and sound F/X by Syrinscape. All proceeds benefit Dog Story Theater.

Cherry Capital Comic Con 2019

C4 is Northern Michigan’s largest comic book and pop entertainment expo. Located at the scenic Grand Traverse Resort, C4 is Northern Michigan’s perfect gathering of comic book creators, exhibitors, and fans. Cherry Capital Comic Con (C4) is a comic book convention that celebrates the medium of comics, rather than a specific genre. At C4, all comics are equal, as are their creators and their fans. The organizers of C4 intend to prove to the world that comic conventions – just like comic fans and the comics, themselves – don’t have to be “this” or “that”. They can just be what they are…which is simply “cool”. Connect with your favorite creators at a variety of panels. Meet up and coming talent in Artist’s Alley. Find great deals on comics and collectable merchandise at our gathering of exhibitors. Participate in our costume contest, with categories for both adults and children.
