Shuto Con is Lansing’s Annual Anime and Cosplay Convention, happening at the Radisson Hotel on March 22nd-24th, 2019. Our convention is a three day event held in Lansing, MI that is going on its 9th year.

Lansing’s annual anime convention, Shuto Con, descended upon the Lansing Center again. For the last three years, I had a good time experiencing this convention. How did my fourth visit to Shuto Con compare to last year?

Brandt Cooley aka Professor Shyguy is a chiptune pop artist. This talented multi-instrumentalist creates awesome chiptune songs. Whether they are nice original tunes or cool covers, he lays down catchy songs. We talk about his albums, music videos, metal, gatekeeping mentality, our favorite game soundtracks, comic books, and much more.
Normally, I conduct interviews one on one. At Shuto Con, I had a special opportunity to interview Monica Rial, Tyson Rinehart, and Ian Sinclair all at once, all by myself.
