Michigan Nordic Fire Festival 2018

Time for the 3rd Annual Michigan Nordic Fire Festival! Ol’ Pete Wylde becomes Petar Wildsen, the Viking Meadmaster of the Fire Fest Mead Hall and the Vikings of the Great Lakes. Last year we had 9 different meads on hand. Shall we shoot for an even dozen? We’ll see…

This festival is becoming quite the Viking trading center and competition during a time that there’s nothing to do, BUT the Vikings ALWAYS have something to do: Gold and silver to trade, competitions to be won, a feast to eat, and mead to drink!! Please spread the news far and wide by sharing this event. Plan on staying in a cheap hotel (*cough* travelocity.com*cough*) or camp Viking style (if they’ll let you), BUT plan on staying for all the festivities. Last year they even had a wild game feast! It’s a no-holds-barred event when the Vikings come out to play… and winter is coming!
