Labyrinth Masquerade
The Redford Theatre and The Goblin King Players invite you to the Labyrinth Masquerade. Guests are encouraged to attend in formal masquerade attire, or as their favorite Labyrinth character. Be entertained by live music from Serious Moonlight BAND and enjoy photo ops with The Goblin King himself provided by Art Box Creations Inc. Masquerade will be held from 7-8:30pm followed by a screening of Labyrinth with a sing-along. More surprises await you in a world where everything seems possible and nothing is what it seems.

4th Annual Detroit Festival of Books!
Detroit Festival of Books (aka: Detroit Bookfest) will take place at Eastern Market Shed 5 in Detroit. FREE entry! Bookfest has been morphing into a signature event for the region and will feature several vendors selling BOOKS (ie: used, rare, antiquarian, unusual, ephemera, authors). There will also be vinyl records, comic books, creative arts, vintage board games and more! Food, beer and funk music!

Detroit International Festival of Animation 2022
On Saturday May 7th 2022 at Detroit’s historic Senate Theater, the 7th annual Detroit International Festival of Animation (DIFA) will celebrate and showcase a wild diversity of animations from animators and filmmakers local and international. DIFA will feature approximately 90 minutes of experimental and pop cult shorts as well as more sophisticated and artistic mini features.
