Ann Robinson, star of the 1953 iconic film, “The War of the Worlds,” is coming to Cranbrook Institute of Science, Nov. 11, 2019. Meet Robinson and join the Institute of Science for a special viewing of the original “War of the Worlds” movie. After the screening there will be a with Robinson, and guests can get an autograph or their picture taken with her for an additional fee.
Date/Time: • Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 • Doors open at 5:30 p.m. • Movie begins at 7:00 p.m. • Q&A with Ann Robinson at 8:30 p.m.
Tickets: Registration is now open to the public for $35 per person. Seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite alien or in their best 1950s outfit. Ticket Includes: • Movie screening • One alcoholic beverage (ages 21 and up; cash bar available) • Unlimited popcorn, candy, and non-alcoholic beverages • Access to all Cranbrook Institute of Science exhibitions between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m.
