Go!daikocon! 2015

Go!Daiko Con is located in Pontiac, Michigan and is a fan-run convention that is designed to have something for everyone. We strive to have a safe and friendly atmosphere where fans can come together and enjoy their passions and hobbies. We value input from our attendees because without them, this convention would not exist.

Our convention has many areas in which attendees can explore. We bring guests ranging from all sorts of talents; voice actors, musicians, industry workers, etc. We have an expansive manga library where attendees can relax and catch up, or start reading a new manga series. We host many panels that are put on by fellow attendees or our special guests that cater to many different interests. Our video game room offers multiple consoles and games for our attendees enjoyment. And if you’re hungry, take a break in our Maid Cafe, and enjoy freshly baked goods and con food favorites.

Anime Park IV

Welcome to Anime Park! We are a small convention located in Canton, Michigan one of the only known cons run by only high schoolers! Here at Anime Park we like to connect otakus  in an event we like to call an anime convention. Anime Park offers most things that larger, more established cons provide, like our dealers room, artists alley, a maid cafe, panels and so much more! The best thing about about Anime Park is that admission is by donation, and any profit we make goes right back into making this convention even better!

PenguiCon 2015

Penguicon is a not-for-profit, community-run convention for open source software, science fiction, music, gaming, DIY, and more. Panel topics include technology, science, eco/green, literature, costuming, food, gaming (board and video), webcomics, action/adventure, music, film, anime and an after dark event. .This is a big hang out for ALL areas of the geek/nerd community. What better way to meet people who wave the geek/nerd flag? People come to Penguicon to learn about securing their network, and also how to make their own cheese. They learn how to create chiptunes on their gameboy, and come listen to sci-fi. There is also the Maker Market which is like a dealer room except they don’t accept commodities, only thing’s people have designed themselves. If you need a place to recharge, check out the con suite which has free soda and food all week long.
Penguicon is a convention tailored mainly for adults. While kids are welcome, there are no special passes or events for them. Please keep that in mind.
